Who couldn’t use another good breakfast idea? I like the sound of the Cranberry-Walnut Oatmeal recipe I found at the Mayo Clinic site. Lots of good recipes there. From the antioxidants in the cranberries to the omega 3 fatty acids in the walnuts and the cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber in the oatmeal, as well as all the many other nutrients, this is a winner!
